Intercontinental Hotel in St. Paul has prep rooms that photograph really well. It was a great place for Katie and her bridesmaids to get ready since her reception was here as well.

Katie and Mark got married on New Years Eve. This newspaper (with the grooms bagel and bottle of Jack) was a great representation of their date and time in history.

Mom’s momentThe Church of St Mark is stunning in every way and a joy to photograph at Christmas time.

After the ceremony, the bride and groom had portraits in the isle of the church before heading to Rice Park.

Rice Park was the location for outdoor portraits. The mix of urban and nature was great for Katie and Mark’s wedding downtown St. Paul.

The bridal party was exceptionally brave. The temp was zero. ZERO degrees!

As we approached sunset, the evening lights really began to pop and create a lovely surrounding.

The city can be seen from the many windows that surround the dancefloor.
