The U of M Landscape Arboretum is a fabulous scenic location for any photo session. Eddah and her husband are already married but they didn’t get family photos at their wedding. So that’s just what we did.

Eddah and her dad are close. She wanted images that showed their close relationship in a candid way. I sent them to this bench for a conversation and was able to shoot candid photos from afar so they were not interrupted and their bond would shine in photos.

The brides parents were an affectionate couple. Why not shoot portraits of them as well 🙂

There is so much to see at the Arboretum. Its hard to fit it all in with one session. We picked this bridge for some architectural lines.

The sun was shining pretty strong by the pond. But with some off-camera flash, we were able to get a little creative in the shade.
